The DIALOG Mentorship Program is a transformative initiative designed to foster connections for mid-level executives from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) backgrounds in programming and production.

In its fourth year, DIALOG is expanding the scope by partnering with NATPE, and broadening the program to encompass the scripted side of the industry as well.
