The DIALOG Mentorship Program is a transformative initiative designed to foster connections for mid-level executives who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) working in unscripted and non-fiction programming and production.
OUR MISSION Our aim is to facilitate access to new opportunities, enhance skills, and support the professional growth of BIPOC individuals within the television and film industry who are working in unscripted content.
HOW IT WORKS Annually, the program invites up to 10 exceptional executives carefully chosen through the DIALOG submission portal by our dedicated jury.
The DIALOG Mentorship Program pairs mid-level executives with seasoned senior-level mentors who bring not only their wealth of experience but also a commitment to guiding their mentees.
