The DIALOG Mentorship Program is a transformative initiative designed to foster connections for mid-level executives who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and working in unscripted and non-fiction programming and production.
Now in its sixth year, DIALOG is a program administered by Realscreen to provide mentorship for mid-level unscripted content executives.
Annually, the program pairs up to 10 mentees with seasoned, senior-level mentors who bring not only their wealth of experience but also a commitment to guiding their mentees.
In addition, the cohort will receive three (3) curated workshops that will provide the latest industry intel for such topics as pitching, dealmaking, budgeting, negotiating and financing, as well as the opportunity to be featured through Realscreen's editorial and marketing channels.
